Position title
Commercial employee (m/f/d) in the administration department
Description

As a commercial employee (m/f/d) in administration, you are the rock in the surf for our entire team. You are the expert for order, structure and precise processes. While our personnel planners concentrate on looking after customers and employees, you work in the background to ensure that all administrative processes - from contract creation and preparatory payroll accounting to invoicing - run smoothly and on time. Your diligence and organizational skills are the key to smooth business operations and the satisfaction of our employees and customers.

Responsibilities
      • Contracts and certification: You create and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations and references for our external employees.

      • Preparatory payroll accounting: You will be responsible for recording and checking timesheets, maintaining vacation and sick leave and preparing all relevant data for our external tax consultant.

      • Invoicing: You prepare the outgoing invoices to our customers based on the hours worked and monitor the receipt of payment.

      • Master data maintenance: You create new employees in the system and ensure that all personnel and customer data is always correct and up-to-date.

      • General office organization: You will be responsible for processing incoming mail, general correspondence and ordering (office supplies, etc.).

      • Support for the team: You act as an internal contact person for administrative and organizational questions of the personnel planners.

Qualifications
      • Education: You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management clerk, personnel services clerk or a comparable qualification.

      • Professional experience: You have relevant professional experience in an administrative role, ideally in the field of personnel services or in the HR department of a company.

      • Affinity for numbers: You enjoy working with figures and have experience in preparatory accounting and/or invoicing.

      • IT skills: You are very confident in using the MS Office package, especially Excel. Experience with industry-specific software (e.g. L1, Landwehr) is a big plus.

      • Working method: Absolute care, conscientiousness and a structured way of working are a matter of course for you.

      • Personality: You are a reliable team player who keeps a cool head even when the workload is high and has a high degree of discretion.

Job Benefits
          • Safe workplace: We offer you a permanent employment contract in an established and growing company.

          • Attractive remuneration: You can look forward to a fair and performance-related salary.

          • Regulated working hours: Benefit from a predictable working week for a better work-life balance.

          • Thorough familiarization: We will familiarize you systematically and comprehensively with all areas of responsibility and our software.

          • Appreciative environment: Become part of a professional team that values collegiality and mutual support.

          • Modern equipment: A bright and modern workplace with the latest technology and free drinks are standard with us.
