Responsibilities
  • Du betreust und empfängst Kunden persönlich und telefonisch
  • Du nimmst externe und interne Telefongespräche an und verteilst Sie an die Fachabteilungen
  • Du fasst offene Angebote telefonisch nach und dokumentierst die Aktivitäten im System
  • Du stimmst Termine mit Kunden für die Fachabteilungen ab
Qualifications
  • You already have professional experience in office operations or are qualified to do so due to your professional background
  • Professional experience is desirable but not a must. We also accept and encourage lateral entrants and career starters
  • A pleasant and friendly demeanor
  • Commitment and enjoyment of daily work with reliability and diligence
