Responsibilities
- Du betreust und empfängst Kunden persönlich und telefonisch
- Du nimmst externe und interne Telefongespräche an und verteilst Sie an die Fachabteilungen
- Du fasst offene Angebote telefonisch nach und dokumentierst die Aktivitäten im System
- Du stimmst Termine mit Kunden für die Fachabteilungen ab
Qualifications
- You already have professional experience in office operations or are qualified to do so due to your professional background
- Professional experience is desirable but not a must. We also accept and encourage lateral entrants and career starters
- A pleasant and friendly demeanor
- Commitment and enjoyment of daily work with reliability and diligence
