Responsibilities
  • You are the contact person for existing customers and take care of processing their requests
  • You actively contact them and determine their current needs
  • You support and represent the dispatchers in filling orders
  • You document the order placement and check whether it meets customer requirements
Qualifications
  • You already have professional experience in order management or are qualified to do so due to your professional background
  • Professional experience is desirable but not a must. We also accept and encourage lateral entrants and career starters
  • A pleasant and friendly demeanor
