Active acquisition of new customers: You identify potential client companies, proactively build new business relationships and convince them of our personnel services.

Support for existing customers: You maintain and intensify cooperation with our existing customers and are their first point of contact for all personnel-related inquiries.

Full-cycle recruiting: You carry out the entire recruiting process independently - from creating meaningful job profiles and actively sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making the final selection.

Scheduling and employee management: You will be responsible for the tailored deployment planning, management and support of our external employees and will act as a trusted advisor to them.

** Contract and quotation management:** You draw up and negotiate contracts, prepare individual quotations and ensure seamless administrative processing.

Education: Successfully completed commercial training or a relevant degree (e.g. business administration, personnel management).

Professional experience: Ideally several years of experience in the personnel services industry. Career changers with proven success in sales or customer-intensive areas are also welcome.

Sales affinity: You have strong negotiating skills, persuasive powers and enjoy sales and interacting with customers.

Knowledge of human nature: You have an excellent feel for dealing with different personalities and can quickly and accurately assess talent.

Organizational talent: Even in stressful phases, you maintain an overview, set priorities and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.

IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office; experience with industry-specific software (e.g. L1, Landwehr) is an advantage.
